It's that time of the year, here in the US, to think about family. We like you to feel that that you are part of our extended spiritual family.
I am passing on a recipe to you originally inspired by Russill's mom that I've developed with my own unique flavor. Here are the ingredients. Watch the video below to create.
If you don't do eggs, you can substitute with an alternative, or enjoy it just as a mint sandwich.
Wishing you a blessed Thanksgiving, or if you reside outside the US, a day of gratitude perhaps. Love -- Asha Please share your comments below...

I am really curious, like to know the recipe but would it be possible to write it down? I cannot remember it all and, as my native language is not english, some words are more easy understood by reading them.

Looks deeeliiicious ! I’m totally going to make. I’m not much of an egg eater but lately fried eggs sound good! Thank you for the fancy recipe. I’m going to make this weekend ( along with the beet and carrot salad) from Asha’s book. Ommmm💚💚

Asha, I made the mint chutney today and It turned out delicious. I only used a half a chili, I can’t eat food as spicy as you and Russill. I think this is gonna be my new favorite dish, plus it will get me to eat eggs more 😂😍😂😍 YUM!! Thank you, love Stephanie

This is such a YUMMY sandwich, Asha. I have made it several times and although I have a toaster, I love the bread fried!! This week I ran out of mint and made the chutney with cilantro which I always have in the fridge . That was also lovely. I made your delicious beet soup from the cookbook and had some grated beets left over. So I added the grated beet to the egg and chutney sandwich and it was delish! Thank you so much for sharing this family inspired recipe. It has now become a regular treat.
